Negotiations: A workshop focused on how to show your value, understand tactics and build a compensation proposal. Negotiation happens every day, however few negotiators are polished and strategic. We will spend 2 hours learning skills to provide you with the competencies to negotiate more effectively in both collaborative and competitive situations.

This seminar will be given by Carol Pence, PGA Employment consultant serving the PNW section since 2013. A PGA member for thirty years, she is also an LPGA member.
